As your coach this will help me to design a personalized plan for your daily accountability and encouragement. Once created you will receive either 1 or 2 text messages each day to help you stay on track.
Daily Subscription Options: - (1) Text Per Day - Each message will go out daily before noon/ PST.
- (2) Texts Per Day - The first message will go out daily before noon/PST to encourage your success throughout the day. The second text will go out after 5pm/PST to help you reflect on your accomplishments of that day.
